Using this businesses services has to be the best part of a bad situation I have ever experienced. Last weekend I had and emergency electrical fire with my breaker box in our home. I called Early in the morning on Friday to ask for help and given the situation I was put first priority. They came with in the hour of me calling and went to work right away with out question. They are with out a doubt professional, hospitable, clean, and honest in there prices. They re-wired and replace my whole breaker box in one day. I can not give them enough praise for the help and the amazing work they did for my family and I. I can honestly say they are the BEST electrician in sulphur springs hands down. I had Payne Electric do a few projects for my fitness studio. Very pleased with their work. They were professional, timely, and trustworthy. They went above and beyond in getting me help with turning on my electricity (new meter. Was given the run around with the provider and they helped me with this). I also had a complex project involving infrared panels. They helped me understand the new infrared system in ‘normal’ terms.

If I could rate them 100/10 stars I would. I called Monday morning for a residential lighting project and they were able to squeeze me in on Tuesday. The service man who came was very professional and was able to get the job done quickly. Their rates are very reasonable and for very high quality work. My mom recently needed a major electrical repair at her house. She didn't know anyone and people recommended Harris Electric but she waited 4 months as he kept saying he would come out and never did.
